What the Ford certification covers

The Ford Certified Collision Network is Ford Motor Company's program for collision shops that meet its standards. To qualify, a shop must have technicians trained on Ford repair procedures, own the specialized equipment Ford requires (including for aluminum repair), and pass an inspection of its facility. The certification applies to Ford and Lincoln cars, trucks, and SUVs.

Why it matters if you drive a Ford

Aluminum F-150 and Super Duty. Ford's aluminum trucks require a dedicated repair area and rivet-and-bond procedures that a non-certified shop may not have. See our aluminum vehicle repair page.
Factory repair procedures. We follow Ford's published procedures for every structural repair and use Ford's repair information to write accurate estimates.
Driver-assistance systems. Ford Co-Pilot360 cameras and radar are recalibrated to Ford's specification after the repair (ADAS calibration).
Genuine Ford parts. We can source genuine Ford and Motorcraft parts and will explain the difference if your insurer's policy allows aftermarket parts.
